Scaling a retail sports brand through data-driven Paid Media.

The challenge was to build a scalable Paid Media system capable of generating consistent online sales while also improving the website experience to convert traffic into actual customers.
We launched brand awareness and traffic campaigns to attract qualified audiences to the website and build strong data pools. With this data, we developed remarketing campaigns targeting high-intent visitors, maximizing conversions.
At the same time, we implemented behavior analysis tools like Hotjar to understand how users interacted with the website. This allowed us to optimize navigation, simplify the purchase process, and remove friction points that were affecting conversions.
During peak performance periods, the brand generated $320,411,500 COP in monthly sales, with Meta Ads contributing $1,183,195,471 COP in total net revenue through the advertising strategy.
