Challenge

The Brick faced a modern paradox: a deeply soulful brand trying to survive in a fast, transactional world. Their digital presence didn't reflect that soul.

With a catalog of more than 7.000 unique products, the challenge was enormous: how to curate, organize, and communicate an experience so rich-without losing its human touch. They also needed to connect Square POS with an online platform, maintaining synchronized inventory between the store and the web.

 
Goal

Through CX Mapping, Great helped Cafit rediscover its voice - one rooted in empathy, and honesty. We identified that Cafit's ideal consumer was woman full of dreams and determination, but tired of unrealistic fitness narratives.

We built the brand’s experience from the ground up:

  • A rebranding that made Cafit close, irreverently real, and empowering.
  • A tone of voice that said: “This isn’t a miracle product-it’s your boost to keep going”
  • A communication strategy that educated, motivated and emotionally supported consumers through every step of ther transformation.
