Challenge

No one knew what green coffee was, how to consume it, or why it mattered. The brand faced the challenge of educating a market.

Cafit entered a market full of skepticism. Them audience it wanted to reach – mostly women pursuing real well – being – was already exhausted by brands that overpromised and underdelivered. 

 
Goal

Through CX Mapping, Great helped Cafit rediscover its voice - one rooted in empathy, and honesty. We identified that Cafit's ideal consumer was woman full of dreams and determination, but tired of unrealistic fitness narratives.

We built the brand’s experience from the ground up:

  • A rebranding that made Cafit close, irreverently real, and empowering.
  • A tone of voice that said: “This isn’t a miracle product-it’s your boost to keep going”
  • A communication strategy that educated, motivated and emotionally supported consumers through every step of ther transformation.
